The supporters of EL CICLON booed when Lastra AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Tome didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Esteve Osoro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL CICLON's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteve Osoro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Honorio Lando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the game, one of EL CICLON:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Adolfo Jerano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Edorta in the 12th minute of the match. Zeledon Edorta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Jerano having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Abad in the 26th minute of play forced EL CICLON's goalkeeper Adolfo Jerano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Edorta in the 27th minute of play forced EL CICLON's goalkeeper Adolfo Jerano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Zeledon Edorta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adolfo Jerano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st match minute, Lastra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Edorta to maneuver through the defense. Prospero Chap was a little too slow when Esteve Osoro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-1. After having played for 37 minutes, Anselmo Abad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lastra AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Abad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adolfo Jerano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Edorta, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Abad in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Jerano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Esteve Osoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Chap having to interfere. Adolfo Jerano came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Lastra AFC's Zeledon Edorta. But to his dismay, Zeledon Edorta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteve Osoro to make the kick off. Zeledon Edorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteve Osoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Chap having to interfere. Lastra AFC's Prospero Chap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Lando in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, EL CICLON's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Abad came free, but Adolfo Jerano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Clis kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Adolfo Jerano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Abad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honorio Lando struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Prospero Chap didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EL CICLON. Honorio Lando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Prospero Chap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anselmo Abad in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Adolfo Jerano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 90 minutes, Pascual Urtsua mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL CICLON and the Lastra AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zeledon Edorta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honorio Lando took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prospero Chap. Prospero Chap dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Anselmo Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Lastra AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
