Alonzo Quintun hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Alonzo Quintun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Jerano having to interfere. Fermin Guerrero came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by EL CICLON's Esteve Osoro. But to his dismay, Esteve Osoro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After some careless play in the EL CICLON defense, Benito Orain kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adolfo Jerano. The EL CICLON fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolfo Jerano should have stopped the shot. Benito Orain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Jerano having to make a save. Benito Orain who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Adolfo Jerano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Esteve Osoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. EL CICLON's Adolfo Jerano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Orain in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute Lino Colon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Jerano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Orain in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Jerano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Godoy FC's Amado Espiridion got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Orain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Jerano having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Godoy FC fully deserved thier win.
