Vicente Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteve Ramond charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 17 played minutes Atletico Mandarina got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Bartolome. Albano Ourente struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Silverio Pacorro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avellaneda FC. The tension between the Avellaneda FC and the Atletico Mandarina players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Atletico Mandarina fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Avellaneda FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
