Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Uriburú AFC's Lorenzo Primeiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Teodoro Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Illan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Eliu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Uriburú AFC's Victorino Jeraldo got a free kick in the 7th minute. The supporters of Independiente booed when Uriburú AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Hermon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Teodoro Illan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Eliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Teodoro Illan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Independiente fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uriburú AFC's goalkeeper Dante Eliu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Eliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Illan in the 30th minute of play. Patricio Mogel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Urtungo in the 84th minute of the match. After 91 minutes of play, Independiente's Filomeno Izel made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Eliu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patricio Mogel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Hermon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Independiente left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Uriburú AFC.
