In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Centenario F.C.'s goalkeeper Dante Leguizamón, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 16 minutes, Jonatan Sabin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. belgrano Celeste J's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Sabin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Tomas Roland notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of belgrano Celeste J's Bernabe Fresco. Bernabe Fresco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Generoso Diaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Leguizamón was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Generoso Diaz took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Leguizamón. Dante Leguizamón dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 41st minute, belgrano Celeste J's Generoso Diaz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Leguizamón. Dante Leguizamón yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Generoso Diaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Centenario F.C. getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Teo Santo hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Centenario F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Diaz came free, but Dante Leguizamón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teo Santo got free with Bernabe Fresco in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonatan Sabin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Leguizamón having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Centenario F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Sabin came free, but Dante Leguizamón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Generoso Diaz in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Leguizamón saved Centenario F.C. from getting behind. Jonatan Sabin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Leguizamón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Diaz in the 95th minute of play. belgrano Celeste J walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
