Enzo Llorenc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Santo Erdiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saverio Cuarto. LA CARLOTA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santo Erdiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. LA CARLOTA FC's Saverio Cuarto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Celipe in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Heriberto in the 46th minute of play forced La Acade's goalkeeper Enzo Llorenc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After 51 minutes of play, La Acade's Rene Celipe made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saverio Cuarto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Serafin Guillelme managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA CARLOTA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafin Guillelme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Llorenc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Santio, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 59 minutes, Marcos Santio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA CARLOTA FC and the La Acade players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Guillelme couldn't finish the play. Enzo Llorenc came out of the goal and Serafin Guillelme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Tajo was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 78 played minutes La Acade got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Tajo. After a rather tough play, LA CARLOTA FC's Andres Lorien got a free kick in the 79th minute. Enzo Llorenc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Heriberto in the 81st minute of the match. Marcos Santio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Llorenc having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Marcos Santio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
