Santo Erdiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Llanos having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Rene Celipe notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SOMISA F.C.'s Dionisio Llanos. Dionisio Llanos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Santo Erdiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dionisio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Celipe in the 30th minute of play. Santo Erdiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Dionisio Llanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Llanos having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, SOMISA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Santo Erdiano came free, but Dionisio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, La Acade's Santo Erdiano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Llanos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The SOMISA F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Acade were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anier Hitzeder was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Delmar Su managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SOMISA F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Su was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Rene Celipe notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of SOMISA F.C.'s Dionisio Llanos. Dionisio Llanos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th minute, Santo Erdiano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Anier Hitzeder hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. La Acade were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after SOMISA F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oscar Tajo took the corner. With a little luck, SOMISA F.C.'s Dionisio Llanos got control of the ball when Rene Celipe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santo Erdiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Dionisio Llanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Celipe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SOMISA F.C.'s zone, Santo Erdiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionisio Llanos came out of the goal and Santo Erdiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Santo Erdiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rene Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Dionisio Llanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Acade played a much better game than SOMISA F.C. and deserved their victory. The SOMISA F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
