The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Hellraiser FC fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Hellraiser FC's Seyrani Erbay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 16 minutes into the match, Leonel Club de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Cortez came free, but Saverio Gasteiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hellraiser FC's Seyrani Erbay in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Patrido in the 40th minute of play forced Hellraiser FC's goalkeeper Tudor Ionete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tudor Ionete was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Diamantino Paiva capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diamantino Paiva really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. In the 44th minute, Jesus Cortez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hellraiser FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Seyrani Erbay made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Samuel Patrido ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tudor Ionete was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 59 minutes into the game, Delmiro Lizbeth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hellraiser FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leonel Club de Fútbol the free kick. The supporters of Leonel Club de Fútbol booed when Hellraiser FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Lizbeth didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tudor Ionete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Patrido, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Tudor Ionete stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Patrido's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Samuel Patrido's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tudor Ionete read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesus Cortez got free with Saverio Gasteiz in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Samuel Patrido came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Leonel Club de Fútbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Patrido couldn't finish the play. Hellraiser FC's Tudor Ionete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Patrido in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 minutes, Jesus Cortez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hellraiser FC and the Leonel Club de Fútbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 played minutes Hellraiser FC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Cortez.
