Clemente Egun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Javier Benvido came out and tried to block the shot, but Clemente Egun slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ampascachi's zone, Ezequiel Bernabel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Benvido came out of the goal and Ezequiel Bernabel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Osmundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Javier Benvido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ampascachi's zone, Clemente Egun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ampascachi's goalkeeper Javier Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Egun in the 20th minute of play forced Ampascachi's goalkeeper Javier Benvido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Teodosio Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 3-0 became the score in the 24th minute when Clemente Egun elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Clemente Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Teodosio Osmundo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Gallardeta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Osmundo couldn't finish the play. Gallardeta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
