Leopoldo Restu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Mateo in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Tercer Tiempo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Ellande came free, but Leopoldo Restu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Honorio Artizar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 19 minutes of play, Taladrito FC's Timoteo Mateo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Restu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leopoldo Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Mateo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play, Taladrito FC's Camilo Laurgain made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Restu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Honorio Artizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tercer Tiempo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorio Artizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Frederik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariano Frederik stood somewhat misplaced when Fabian Veremundo came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 34 minute. When Tercer Tiempo FC's Honorio Artizar in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Taladrito FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Honorio Artizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, Tercer Tiempo FC's Fabian Veremundo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Frederik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timoteo Mateo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Honorio Artizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Mariano Frederik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Veremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Frederik having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Taladrito FC's zone, Honorio Artizar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Frederik came out of the goal and Honorio Artizar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Frederik having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Taladrito FC's zone, Lucas Romano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Frederik came out of the goal and Lucas Romano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute Timoteo Mateo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Restu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorio Artizar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariano Frederik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Fabian Veremundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the game, Camilo Laurgain recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leopoldo Restu. Camilo Laurgain showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Perutxo in the 78th minute of play forced Tercer Tiempo FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Restu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Honorio Artizar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariano Frederik was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 82nd minute Fabian Veremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Frederik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rdth minute of the game Honorio Artizar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Taladrito FC's Mariano Frederik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 85th minute, Honorio Artizar made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Frederik. Taladrito FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Tercer Tiempo FC's Leopoldo Restu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Tercer Tiempo FC from getting a goal against them. Honorio Artizar scored 5-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Frederik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tercer Tiempo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
