But to his dismay, Remigio Lia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 18th minute, Remigio Lia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute Severino Mundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Mincho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Mincho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Mundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th match minute, Viento Sur F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kastor Chellos to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Geronimo Clemencin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Villa Bosch fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Severino Mundo came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Atletico Villa Bosch fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Mundo couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute, Geronimo Clemencin made a precise shot to the right of Cipriano Mincho. Viento Sur F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 36 minutes into the game, Albino Elivareo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Villa Bosch's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viento Sur F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Atletico Villa Bosch getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Albino Elivareo hit a great ball. Moises Ferman struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cipriano Mincho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Villa Bosch. Severino Mundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Cipriano Mincho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Michael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Mincho having to interfere. The referee gave Atletico Villa Bosch a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Braulio Elixio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Viento Sur F.C.'s Cipriano Mincho. 1-3. After the first half Atletico Villa Bosch were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geronimo Clemencin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Berasko during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Viento Sur F.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Fernando Berasko hit a great ball. Severino Mundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Moises Ferman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atletico Villa Bosch's Pascual Mannie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Lia in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Atletico Villa Bosch booed when Viento Sur F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Cayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Mundo struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Cipriano Mincho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Villa Bosch. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 2-5 when Geronimo Clemencin sped through Viento Sur F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cipriano Mincho. The Viento Sur F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atletico Villa Bosch's performance. The match ended with a win for Atletico Villa Bosch.
