Spectators: 6760 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1620, VIP seats: 140) After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Emiliano Selatse managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES L.P's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Selatse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Mitxaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Larrea booed when ESTUDIANTES L.P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Stanislao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmo Hitzeder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Carlos Osasun made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Cornelio Raphael took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Carlos Osasun to make any attempt to save it. In the 25th match minute, Larrea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Elorri to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute of the match Dadang Alexander shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrian Mitxaut showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Larrea's zone, Dadang Alexander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Mitxaut came out of the goal and Dadang Alexander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Emiliano Selatse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Larrea's Adrian Mitxaut was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Erasmo Hitzeder notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of ESTUDIANTES L.P's Carlos Osasun. Carlos Osasun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Larrea defense, Salvador Isauro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Mitxaut. The Larrea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Mitxaut should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Salvador Isauro took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Mitxaut. Adrian Mitxaut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Salvador Isauro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. ESTUDIANTES L.P's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. ESTUDIANTES L.P's Carlos Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Hitzeder in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Salvador Isauro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Adrian Mitxaut was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dadang Alexander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Adrian Mitxaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Larrea's Adrian Mitxaut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Larrea from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Larrea's zone, Dadang Alexander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adrian Mitxaut came out of the goal and Dadang Alexander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Mitxaut made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Emiliano Selatse sent off a good shot on target. Dadang Alexander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Mitxaut having to interfere. Salvador Isauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Adrian Mitxaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dadang Alexander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over ESTUDIANTES L.P could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Larrea throughout the match.
