Adrianinho Nascimento might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genaro Fraco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adrianinho Nascimento ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute of the match Fernan Ilixo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Genaro Fraco skillfully saved the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Luna nueva FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Fazio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Argentino's zone, Celedonio Gombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Fraco came out of the goal and Celedonio Gombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Fraco having to interfere. Adrianinho Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Genaro Fraco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luna nueva FC.

The supporters of Luna nueva FC booed when Club Atlético Argentino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Naike didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 51st minute, Adrianinho Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of Genaro Fraco. Club Atlético Argentino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 56 minutes into the game, Adrianinho Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Genaro Fraco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Genaro Fraco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrianinho Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ethan Scales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Franco in the 66th minute of the match. If Adrianinho Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrianinho Nascimento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genaro Fraco having to make a save. Genaro Fraco came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Luna nueva FC's Adrianinho Nascimento. But to his dismay, Adrianinho Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrianinho Nascimento in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Fraco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Nascimento in the 83rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Argentino's goalkeeper Genaro Fraco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Fraco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho Nascimento in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrianinho Nascimento in the 90th minute of play forced Club Atlético Argentino's goalkeeper Genaro Fraco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Luna nueva FC were the better team. Luna nueva FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
