Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matías Buldovskis kicked off to start the match. Lorenzo Fonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Celedonio Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Oasis's zone, Matías Buldovskis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Piorno came out of the goal and Matías Buldovskis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generoso Piorno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Buldovskis in the 18th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Matías Buldovskis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oasis's Generoso Piorno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Azopardo AFC's goalkeeper Celedonio Pereyra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Fonso. Amado Berart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Piorno having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Fonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oasis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azopardo AFC the free kick. Lorenzo Fonso hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Oasis's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Berart came free, but Generoso Piorno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Rene Edwardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ovidio Gaueko fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azopardo AFC's protests and gave Ovidio Gaueko a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th match minute, Azopardo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Gaueko to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Matías Buldovskis put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Generoso Piorno. The Oasis players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Azopardo AFC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Bieito made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Fonso in the 52nd minute of play forced Azopardo AFC's goalkeeper Celedonio Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matías Buldovskis struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Generoso Piorno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azopardo AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Cuarto in the 55th minute of play forced Azopardo AFC's goalkeeper Celedonio Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Amado Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Amado Berart fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Generoso Piorno, passed just outside the right post. 69 minutes into the game, Abelardo Ospetsu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oasis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Azopardo AFC the free kick. After 69 played minutes Oasis got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Ospetsu. Amado Berart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amado Berart's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Generoso Piorno firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Oasis's zone, Ernesto Precioso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Piorno came out of the goal and Ernesto Precioso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matías Buldovskis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Berart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oasis's Generoso Piorno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Buldovskis in the 92nd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Azopardo AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Oasis.
