Club Atletico Tucuman's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaspar Pelagius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Jakes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Silvestre Lander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lino Petri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 31 in the game by Hugo Björk from a close distance when the talented Miguel Jakes managed to make a qualified save. Jumeal's players were relieved. 34 minutes into the game, Zeledon Galsino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Lino Petri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Miguel Jakes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Pelagius, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Octavio Venerando hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Lino Petri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Bemabe in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Jumeal's goalkeeper Miguel Jakes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Björk. Hugo Björk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miguel Jakes firmly grabbed it by the left post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Björk to make the kick off. Santo Haritzeder hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Octavio Venerando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zeledon Galsino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atletico Tucuman's Lino Petri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Bemabe in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Club Atletico Tucuman booed when Jumeal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elia Verdini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute Hugo Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Benedicto Monico made a precise shot to the right of Miguel Jakes. Jumeal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Zeledon Galsinos short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Lino Petri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
