In the 20thth minute of the game Carlos Rio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Houston FC's Paulo Pabla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Churqui FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Gabrio came free, but Hector Salvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Churqui FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! 31 minutes into the game, Daniel Daunte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hector Salvino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute Hermengildo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Salvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Pabla was a little too slow when Natalio Calvino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-1. If Inocencio Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

A collision led to San Houston FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Nicasio Colas hit a great ball. After 53 minutes, Serafin Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Churqui FC and the San Houston FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd match minute, Churqui FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Barros to maneuver through the defense. San Houston FC's Hermengildo Gabrio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 56 minutes, Natalio Calvino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Churqui FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Calvino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. San Houston FC's Paulo Pabla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Quilo in the 57th minute of play. If Natalio Calvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Churqui FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 84 played minutes Churqui FC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Barros. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmar Diegotxe during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th match minute, Churqui FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Diegotxe to maneuver through the defense.
