Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicasio Reno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Nicasio Reno made a precise shot to the right of Teodosio Felipillo. Castaño AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 60 minutes into the game, Chacarita Juniors's Nicasio Reno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chacarita Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Atilano Luix scored to the left of an out of position Cornelio Salvator, making the score, 2-5. In the 82nd minute, Atilano Luix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Salvator was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-6. Cornelio Salvator didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Laurendi went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-7 was the resulting score. Cornelio Salvator came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Castaño AFC's Anselmo Laurendi. But to his dismay, Anselmo Laurendi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-8. Nicasio Reno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
