Spectators: 7214 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Atilano Luix kicked off to start the match. Jacinto Vasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Luix in the 11th minute of the match. Jacinto Vasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Chesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anselmo Laurendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute of the match, Humberto Niva got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teodosio Felipillo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 27 minutes into the game, Humberto Niva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teodosio Felipillo. Humberto Niva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Atilano Luix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th match minute, Valisnea Catan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Azeari to maneuver through the defense. When Fulgencio Fliz fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valisnea Catan FC's protests and gave Fulgencio Fliz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Fulgencio Fliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Serafo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anacleto Beremundo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Castaño AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Fix. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anacleto Beremundo in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodosio Felipillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the match, Anacleto Beremundo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodosio Felipillo. Castaño AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anacleto Beremundo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Beremundo during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Castaño AFC booed when Valisnea Catan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Beremundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Atilano Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodosio Felipillo came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Valisnea Catan FC's Anacleto Beremundo. But to his dismay, Anacleto Beremundo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Honorio Criston's late challenge caught a Valisnea Catan FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorio Criston helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Valisnea Catan FC booed when Castaño AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Criston didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Anacleto Beremundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute Atilano Luix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Vasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Valisnea Catan FC's Anacleto Beremundo in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Castaño AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 93rd minute, Amador Azeari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Humberto Niva fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valisnea Catan FC's protests and gave Humberto Niva a yellow card for diving instead. Humberto Niva kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
