Prudencio Gregory could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Agustin Maidana made a huge save. In the 12th minute Jimeno Crespo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Cresenciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sauce booed when River F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Sesuldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Jimeno Crespo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sauce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Lê Corbu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th play minute Prudencio Gregory came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Agustin Maidana. 1-1. Saul Boniel took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Cresenciano. Tomas Cresenciano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Tomas Cresenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Crespo in the 32nd minute of the match. If Saul Boniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to River F.C getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Maximo Sesuldo hit a great ball. River F.C's Tomas Cresenciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Boniel in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Jimeno Crespo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sauce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When Lê Corbu came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Sauce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lê Corbu couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute, Saul Boniel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sauce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4.

After a defensive mix-up in River F.C's zone, Lê Corbu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Cresenciano came out of the goal and Lê Corbu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jimeno Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Cresenciano made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Jimeno Crespo sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Savier in the 57th minute of play. Jimeno Crespo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Lê Corbu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, River F.C's Prudencio Gregory got a free kick in the 66th minute. River F.C's Tomas Cresenciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save River F.C from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, River F.C's Tomas Cresenciano got control of the ball when Jimeno Crespo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sauce's Antonio Pero got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Cresenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Savier, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, River F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hílton Maranhense came free, but Tomas Cresenciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Sauce's Federico Savier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomas Cresenciano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Jimeno Crespo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Tomas Cresenciano made a huge save. In the 89th minute, Lê Corbu made a precise shot to the right of Tomas Cresenciano. River F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Jimeno Crespo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Cresenciano having to interfere. Federico Savier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Tomas Cresenciano made a huge save. The River F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sauce were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
