Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alfonso Bertin made the kick off which started today's match. When Cerro Norte's Israel Ubarna in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sauce's goalie prevented a goal. Jimeno Crespo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 6th minute. Sauce's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 10th play minute Jimeno Crespo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mateo Dubardo. 2-0. In the 13th minute, Jimeno Crespo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateo Dubardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Federico Savier was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Sauce's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Cerro Norte's zone, Lê Corbu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Dubardo came out of the goal and Lê Corbu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute Jimeno Crespo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Dubardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sauce's Agustin Maidana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Ubarna in the 29th minute of play. Mateo Dubardo made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Jimeno Crespo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Jimeno Crespo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Federico Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Saul Boniel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mateo Dubardo, 4-0. Lê Corbu struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Mateo Dubardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sauce. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimeno Crespo was the one to do the kick off. Agustin Maidana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Maiorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Crespo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mateo Dubardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Guido Ceandro fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerro Norte's protests and gave Guido Ceandro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Guido Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jimeno Crespo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jimeno Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 63 minutes into the match, Lê Corbu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateo Dubardo. Cerro Norte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lê Corbu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cerro Norte's zone, Jimeno Crespo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Dubardo came out of the goal and Jimeno Crespo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Cerro Norte's Albano Monico got a free kick in the 68th minute. Mateo Dubardo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saul Boniel went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Sauce's Saul Boniel got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jimeno Crespo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Federico Savier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Sauce's Jimeno Crespo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateo Dubardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jimeno Crespo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sauce walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
