The Money Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Attilio Graziani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Ongile breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Tridente F.C's Tomás Ongile got control of the ball when Eulalio Romelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomás Ongile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Graziani in the 28th minute of play. Timoteo Telesforo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. After 35 minutes of play, The Money Team's Attilio Graziani made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Ongile was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the game, Attilio Graziani recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomás Ongile. Attilio Graziani showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Timoteo Telesforo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomás Ongile having to make a save. Benedicto Edwardo struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Tomás Ongile didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Money Team. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Prospero Gonsalve stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomás Ongile made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Timoteo Telesforo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute.
