Independiente FC's Igor Buinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Estefan in the 20th minute of play. Filiberto Brun charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiberto Brun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julio Abeijon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Liher in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Raul Liher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciudad Evita Fc's Julio Abeijon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Ciudad Evita Fc's Julio Abeijon got control of the ball when Dante Luzaide tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Dante Luzaide took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Julio Abeijon to make any attempt to save it. Venancio Urbasa took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Abeijon. Julio Abeijon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Igor Buinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Estefan in the 71st minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Independiente FC got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Gutierrez. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Artemio Estefan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciudad Evita Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Artemio Estefan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Buinton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Abeijon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dante Luzaide went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. After 79 minutes of play, Independiente FC's Venancio Urbasa made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Abeijon was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Ciudad Evita Fc defense, Santos Bernabel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Abeijon. The Ciudad Evita Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Abeijon should have stopped the shot.
