Spectators: 7097 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 140) Cipriano Chaves started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Segundo Ubarna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute, Cipriano Chaves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KANISHKA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cipriano Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Clodoveo Lordi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Douglas Haig's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Jerico came free, but Clodoveo Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Douglas Haig's Clodoveo Lordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Jerico in the 13th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Justino Urtun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Douglas Haig and the KANISHKA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Justino Urtun hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, KANISHKA's Cipriano Chaves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clodoveo Lordi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 24 played minutes KANISHKA got a freekick which was hit by Abdi İlbeyi. In the 27th minute, Douglas Haig's Segundo Ubarna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edelmiro Galindo. Edelmiro Galindo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. When KANISHKA's Severiano Jerico in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Douglas Haig's goalie prevented a goal. If Segundo Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casimiro Tanio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Clodoveo Lordi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Cipriano Chaves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Clodoveo Lordi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Douglas Haig's Clodoveo Lordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Chaves in the 47th minute of play. After the first half KANISHKA were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Segundo Ubarna was the one to do the kick off. Clodoveo Lordi was a little too slow when Artemio Rosio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Urtun in the 56th minute of play forced KANISHKA's goalkeeper Edelmiro Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Cipriano Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Lordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clodoveo Lordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Casimiro Tanio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cipriano Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cipriano Chaves came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the KANISHKA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Chaves couldn't finish the play. Clodoveo Lordi made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Severiano Jerico sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Casimiro Tanio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Clodoveo Lordi, 1-5. After having played for 80 minutes, Baldomiro Pinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Douglas Haig's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Pinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casimiro Tanio hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Cipriano Chaves succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-6. After having played for 88 minutes, Cipriano Chaves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KANISHKA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Chaves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clodoveo Lordi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes in the game, Cipriano Chaves fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Clodoveo Lordi having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded KANISHKA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Douglas Haig.
