Ciro Nuno in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernardo Txartiko, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bernardo Txartiko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Henry in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, VENGATIVA's Leon Mazuste seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Leon Mazuste the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of VENGATIVA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Leon Mazuste had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. An unexpectedly hard shot by Comunardo Bellomo in the 28th minute of play forced VENGATIVA's goalkeeper Thomas Ravelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Comunardo Bellomo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Thomas Ravelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 39 in the game by Ciro Nuno from a close distance when the talented Bernardo Txartiko managed to make a qualified save. Speed F.C.'s players were relieved. Serafino Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Ravelli having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Comunardo Bellomo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thomas Ravelli was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. In the 47th minute, Comunardo Bellomo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Speed F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Comunardo Bellomo made a kick off. Vladimiro Gizon charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Gizon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, VENGATIVA's Vladimiro Gizon got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Serafino Santiago might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Ravelli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serafino Santiago ran back to his position shaking his head. Comunardo Bellomo struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Bernardo Txartiko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Nuno's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Comunardo Bellomo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Thomas Ravelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Comunardo Bellomo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Speed F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Thomas Ravelli made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Comunardo Bellomo sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, VENGATIVA's goalkeeper Thomas Ravelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Comunardo Bellomo. Comunardo Bellomo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Speed F.C.'s Comunardo Bellomo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thomas Ravelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Speed F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
