Igor Breogan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Gorbea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Lizardi kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ambrosio Pierres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Breogan was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ambrosio Pierres in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Breogan saved Pistoleros FC from getting behind. In the 34th minute Carmelo Frasquito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Breogan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Dalmacio Juvenal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pistoleros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ambrosio Pierres in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Breogan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ambrosio Pierres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madariaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ambrosio Pierres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Breogan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ambrosio Pierres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ambrosio Pierres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Madariaga FC's Serafino Abechuco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Charro in the 55th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Juvenal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Serafino Abechuco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 71 minutes, Siro Charro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pistoleros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Charro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Charro in the 71st minute of play forced Madariaga FC's goalkeeper Serafino Abechuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Juvenal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 minutes, Honorato Cordareo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Madariaga FC and the Pistoleros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 78 played minutes Pistoleros FC got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Valiente. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ambrosio Pierres in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Igor Breogan saved Pistoleros FC from getting behind. Ambrosio Pierres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Pierres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herminio Txema hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Dalmacio Juvenal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Serafino Abechuco was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1.
