In the 8th minute Rene Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Laurin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to XxPoLBiNxX getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jeronimo Donostia hit a great ball. Alejo Laurin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Gonsalve, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Jeronimo Donostia hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Rene Gonsalve managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. LANUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Gonsalve was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albino Cucao in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejo Laurin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alejo Laurin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Gonsalve's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. When C.A. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Esquipula during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of C.A. LANUS booed when XxPoLBiNxX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Esquipula didn't get a good kick on the ball. XxPoLBiNxX's Jeronimo Donostia got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aquilino Caitano was a little too slow when Fabricio Naelio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 3-1. 71 minutes into the match, XxPoLBiNxX's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Gonsalve came free, but Alejo Laurin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Fabricio Naelio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. XxPoLBiNxX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. LANUS the free kick. Fabricio Naelio hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 4-1 became the score in the 74th minute when Rene Gonsalve elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Albino Cucao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Alejo Laurin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84thth minute of the game Albino Cucao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XxPoLBiNxX's Alejo Laurin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adrian Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Caitano having to interfere. After 88th play minutes Fabricio Naelio shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Aquilino Caitano and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Gonsalve in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejo Laurin saved XxPoLBiNxX from getting behind. Alejo Laurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Shepherd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.A. LANUS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
