After a rather tough play, BFC's Guillermo Abeita got a free kick in the 11th minute. A collision led to BFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Nestor Semeno hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristobal Justin got free with Jose Baladi in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute Felix Nedelcea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Baladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Cesar Salbatore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Cavanagh FC booed when BFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Rey didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Cavanagh FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Jose Baladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Nedelcea in the 58th minute of the match. Felix Nedelcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Baladi having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Cesar Salbatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Baladi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cavanagh FC's Cesar Salbatore in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BFC's goalie prevented a goal. Jose Baladi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Nedelcea went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Cavanagh FC were the better team. Cavanagh FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
