But to his dismay, Higinio Etxekopar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Isidro Lauro kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Oscar Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of La zanahoria mecánica AFC booed when Macio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Vincent didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Higinio Etxekopar in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Geronimo Henric prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La zanahoria mecánica AFC's Sílvio Luís da Silveira got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Higinio Etxekopar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Geronimo Henric tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Isidro Lauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardino Eleder hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. La zanahoria mecánica AFC's Sílvio Luís da Silveira couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Macio. Higinio Etxekopar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Higinio Etxekopar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Henric saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Laurin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Higinio Etxekopar in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Geronimo Henric, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Etxekopar got free with Geronimo Henric in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the game, Higinio Etxekopar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Geronimo Henric was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Macio's Geronimo Henric got control of the ball when Higinio Etxekopar tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Isidro Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 0-5 became the score in the 75th minute when Higinio Etxekopar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Macio getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Astor Vincent hit a great ball. With his leg Geronimo Henric managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when La zanahoria mecánica AFC's Higinio Etxekopar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 86 minutes, Higinio Etxekopar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La zanahoria mecánica AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Higinio Etxekopar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Higinio Etxekopar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Geronimo Henric tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eloy Eneko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santiago Eliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Lauro in the 94th minute of play. La zanahoria mecánica AFC played a much better game than Macio and deserved their victory. The Macio players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
