Spectators: 2500 (Terracing: 2000, Seating: 500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silvano Sugar kicked off to start the match. When Romeo Senon came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Minacar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Senon couldn't finish the play. Luisito Merexildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Deportivo La Perla's Alejo Panfilo got a free kick in the 8th minute. Romeo Senon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Hibai having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Senon in the 19th minute of play forced Deportivo La Perla's goalkeeper Arnaldo Hibai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Senon in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Hibai saved Deportivo La Perla from getting behind. Norberto Domenec kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Deportivo La Perla's Arnaldo Hibai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo La Perla from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd match minute, Minacar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Medina to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Romeo Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Hibai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Cayetano Santos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Minacar's Enzo Medina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Romeo Senon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Hibai having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Romeo Senon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Minacar booed when Deportivo La Perla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Lico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Minacar's Alberto Quinteros couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Deportivo La Perla. Luisito Merexildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Arnaldo Hibai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norberto Domenec kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Minacar got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Bembe. Arnaldo Hibai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Senon in the 75th minute of play. Matias Olayo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes Deportivo La Perla got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Domenec. Romeo Senon struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Arnaldo Hibai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Minacar. 91 minutes into the game, Minacar's Anselmo Bembe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Hibai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Romeo Senon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Hibai having to interfere. Minacar's Anselmo Bembe got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
