Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Moises Manni made the kick off which started today's match. Celso Martinez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Rosendo Lugo made a huge save. After 8 played minutes Aristos FC got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Lluterio. Rosendo Lugo made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Celso Martinez sent off a good shot on target. After 16 played minutes, Garuapé FC's Bernardo Soter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rosendo Lugo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garuapé FC reached it. In the 18th minute Artemio Urbes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristos FC's Rosendo Lugo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Martinez in the 26th minute of play. Jacinto Chago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gabriel Socorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Chago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Garuapé FC's zone, Artemio Urbes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Socorro came out of the goal and Artemio Urbes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute, Gabriel Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute of the match Jose Micael sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Socorro skillfully saved the ball. Artemio Urbes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Socorro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After 37 minutes, Gabriel Felo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garuapé FC and the Aristos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Gabriel Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Moises Manni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garuapé FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Manni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Lugo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Celso Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Manni in the 46th minute of play forced Aristos FC's goalkeeper Rosendo Lugo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristos FC's Artemio Urbes managed to work through Garuapé FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Artemio Urbes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artemio Urbes was the one to do the kick off. Celso Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Celso Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Lugo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Aristos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Sayveon to maneuver through the defense. When Moises Manni came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Garuapé FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Manni couldn't finish the play. Froilan Pio scored 2-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosendo Lugo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
