When Maximino Eliazar came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Corrales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Eliazar couldn't finish the play. Maximino Eliazar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Alejandro Natal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nemesio Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Sotero in the 76th minute of play. Herminio Berriotxoa hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. La Naranja Oxidada's Alejandro Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Eliazar in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute, Maximino Eliazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 90 minutes, Jeronimo Donzel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Naranja Oxidada and the Corrales players grew even worse after the yellow card.
