Sepultura's Juan Ferran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Sepultura from getting a goal against them. After 7 played minutes Buitros got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Paz. Cristobal Urbes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Rojelio having to interfere. Juan Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Todor in the 11th minute of play. Artemio Martinez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Juan Ferran made a huge save. Juan Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Todor in the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of Buitros booed when Sepultura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Roldanillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Eustacio Soter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Froilan Todor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buitros 's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Todor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Ferran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes in the game, Froilan Todor fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Juan Ferran having to interfere. In the 34th minute Froilan Todor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Rojelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Chepe in the 38th minute of play. Teofilo Rojelio came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Sepultura's Andres Chepe. But to his dismay, Andres Chepe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Teofilo Rojelio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augustijn Wijngaerts's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augustijn Wijngaerts to strike the kick off in the second half. Teofilo Rojelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristobal Urbes went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sepultura's Juan Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Martinez in the 55th minute of play. Juan Ferran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Todor in the 57th minute of the match. Alberto Piearres charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Piearres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes Sepultura got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Piearres. If Andres Chepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Elias Ferman fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buitros 's protests and gave Elias Ferman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Elias Ferman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. One of Buitros :s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sepultura:s goal. In the 80th minute, Sepultura got a penalty, and Eustacio Soter placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. The supporters of Sepultura booed when Buitros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Teofilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Sepultura's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Todor came free, but Juan Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Rojelio made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Cristobal Urbes sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Cristobal Urbes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sepultura's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristobal Urbes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the final whistle sounded Sepultura left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Buitros .
