Spectators: 615 (Terracing: 475, Seating: 0, VIP seats: 140) Siambón FC's Delmar Ler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Mendiolaza AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Licerio to maneuver through the defense. In the 5thth minute of the game Delmar Ler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mendiolaza AFC's Niceto Fraco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Delmar Ler recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niceto Fraco. Delmar Ler showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Gavino Garcia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Crispo went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Lorenzo Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Niceto Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Pirro in the 15th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Siambón FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Dominguez. Jesus Ekain struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Gavino Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mendiolaza AFC. 25 minutes into the match, Siambón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Cedro came free, but Gavino Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 played minutes Siambón FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Lleir. When Mendiolaza AFC's Benigno Cedro in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Siambón FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Cipriano Tuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Tuste, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 42 played minutes Siambón FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Lleir. Mendiolaza AFC's Cipriano Tuste got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Benigno Cedro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Benigno Cedro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Fraco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Ler, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Javier Mogel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siambón FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mendiolaza AFC the free kick. The supporters of Mendiolaza AFC booed when Siambón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Mogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herminio Napier made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Bilbo immediately put the ball in play. Benigno Cedro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Gavino Garcia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Mendiolaza AFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Cipriano Tuste hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, one of Mendiolaza AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mendiolaza AFC. Eduardo Pirro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Niceto Fraco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Garcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benigno Cedro in the 83rd minute. Marco Dominguez hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Siambón FC's zone, Benigno Cedro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Garcia came out of the goal and Benigno Cedro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moises Crispo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
