Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Gorina's Astor Ramos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Gorina's Vinicio Hibai got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th minute Ronnie Mullen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Orland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Estavan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Vinicio Hibai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remigio Estavan. Aldosivi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinicio Hibai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18thth minute of the game Ronnie Mullen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gorina's Primitivo Orland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Ramos in the 20th minute of play forced Aldosivi FC's goalkeeper Remigio Estavan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Enmanuel might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Orland. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clemente Enmanuel ran back to his position shaking his head. Ronnie Mullen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Primitivo Orland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 minutes, Saturnino Beremundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gorina and the Aldosivi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronnie Mullen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vinicio Hibai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Remigio Estavan made a huge save. Primitivo Orland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Inautzi in the 55th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Aldosivi FC got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Cebo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Hibai got free with Remigio Estavan in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aldosivi FC's Natalio Inautzi got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Fabio Sayveon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gorina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aldosivi FC the free kick. Aldosivi FC's Remigio Estavan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Aldosivi FC from getting a goal against them. When Gogo Roldan fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gorina's protests and gave Gogo Roldan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th match minute, Gorina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Roldan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Enmanuel in the 86th minute of play forced Gorina's goalkeeper Primitivo Orland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Patricio Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remigio Estavan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melquiades Henry in the 88th minute. Vinicio Hibais short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Remigio Estavan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Silvano Txeru fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aldosivi FC's protests and gave Silvano Txeru a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Silvano Txeru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remigio Estavan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gregorio Rivas. Fabio Sayveon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gorina were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Aldosivi FC's much stronger midfield.
