Jeremias Cordeara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Arnalt having to interfere. Ceballos's Godfredo Lekubegi got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Jose Bartolome came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Ceballos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Bartolome couldn't finish the play. If Jose Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Jose Bartolome notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PIERO Grupos de Estudio's Ramiro Arnalt. Ramiro Arnalt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Bartolome during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Jose Bartolome hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the game, Cristobal Guillem cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Roman Ubelteso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roman Ubelteso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Jerano in the 34th minute of play. Ceballos's Roman Ubelteso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Ceballos from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Jerano to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ceballos's Jose Bartolome got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Sixto Leoiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceballos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Leoiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Godfredo Lekubegi came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ceballos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Lekubegi couldn't finish the play. Ceballos's Sixto Leoiar suffered a torn muscle in his knee after 60 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 61 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Harriet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PIERO Grupos de Estudio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ceballos the free kick. Thanks to some nice moves Jeremias Cordeara could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Ramiro Arnalt however easily saved by the left post. In the 66th minute, Jeremias Cordeara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jose Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Ubelteso came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by PIERO Grupos de Estudio's Valentin Jerano. But to his dismay, Valentin Jerano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Ceballos's Roman Ubelteso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Guillem in the 74th minute of play. Ceballos were furious when Jose Bartolome was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Roman Ubelteso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Jerano, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Lekubegi couldn't finish the play.
