Krestian Budsted tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cecilio Regis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes in the game, Alfredo Abancens fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Krestian Budsted having to interfere. When Isidro Gonsalvo fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Albiceleste's protests and gave Isidro Gonsalvo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Albiceleste's Isidro Gonsalvo got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Bolivar F.C booed when Albiceleste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Bibiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Luca Schrade in the 18th minute really tested Krestian Budsted's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 23 minutes into the game, Cecilio Regis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Krestian Budsted. Cecilio Regis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Cecilio Regis struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Krestian Budsted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolivar F.C. Santo Clodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krestian Budsted having to interfere. Beliran Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Galoer, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Santo Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alfredo Abancens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krestian Budsted made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cecilio Regis sent off a good shot on target. When Fabricio Ebardo came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Bolivar F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Ebardo couldn't finish the play. Cecilio Regis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bolivar F.C's Cecilio Regis got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Beturian to strike the kick off in the second half. Beliran Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Gonsalvo in the 72nd minute of play. Prospero Galoer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Beliran Marquez made a huge save. Zacarias Gaufred fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beliran Marquez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Ebardo in the 79th minute of play forced Albiceleste's goalkeeper Krestian Budsted to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Abancens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cecilio Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 minutes of play, Bolivar F.C's Cecilio Regis made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Krestian Budsted was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute, Albiceleste's Urbano Berbiz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Beliran Marquez. Beliran Marquez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Beliran Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Beturian in the 97th minute of play. Bolivar F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
