When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Eugenio Fiz sped through Timon FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ingmar Fagerberg. Ingmar Fagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Chucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 96th minute Amador Mingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
