After 22 minutes of play, Club Atletico Chacarita J's Javier Maschenko made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tonny Koerts was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 24 played minutes Salto got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Gergori. After having played for 27 minutes, Agustin Gorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Chacarita J's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Gorbea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Pancho in the 31st minute of play forced Salto's goalkeeper Tonny Koerts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salto's Rodolfo Savion got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Jonathan Gergori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the game, Virgilio Errapel lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Tonny Koerts. After 80 played minutes Salto got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Savion. With an all-out effort, Club Atletico Chacarita J's Tonny Koerts threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Javier Maschenko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Maschenko in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tonny Koerts saved Salto from getting behind. If Virgilio Errapel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Eron kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Javier Maschenkos short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Tonny Koerts to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
