Ignas Borgaila in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diego Pacifico, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Julián Toxeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club de Avellaneda's supporters rose to their feet, but Julián Toxeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Pacifico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Horacio Serapio took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Diego Pacifico to make any attempt to save it. Horacio Serapio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Diego Pacifico made a huge save. Diego Pacifico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignas Borgaila in the 23rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Diego Pacifico successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Celestine Lolov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonardo Colas having to make a save. Bernard Grunwalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Pacifico having to interfere. Leonardo Colas came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by CA HAMMERS's Andres Astrada. But to his dismay, Andres Astrada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 44th minute, Constancio Domenech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Racing Club de Avellaneda's Ignas Borgaila couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CA HAMMERS. Diego Pacifico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignas Borgaila, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignas Borgaila to strike the kick off in the second half. Horacio Serapio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Racing Club de Avellaneda's Alonzo Isauro got a free kick in the 60th minute. Basilio Milio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Diego Pacifico. CA HAMMERS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Horacio Serapio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Pacifico was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignas Borgaila in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Pacifico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 84 minutes, Julián Toxeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club de Avellaneda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julián Toxeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Racing Club de Avellaneda getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bernard Grunwalski hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the CA HAMMERS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Racing Club de Avellaneda.
