After 11 played minutes F C Kun got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Mambru. The crowd rose to their feet as GLEN GRANT AThletic's Marcos Niguel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Romulo Cresconio. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. When Aurelio Ugaitz fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GLEN GRANT AThletic's protests and gave Aurelio Ugaitz a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes, F C Kun's Silvano Ted shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vicente Librado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F C Kun reached it. F C Kun's Romulo Cresconio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save F C Kun from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Aurelio Ugaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. GLEN GRANT AThletic's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Ugaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romulo Cresconio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gregorio Avellaneda kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Romulo Cresconio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Adolfo Ezkerra. In the 35th minute, Paulo Benat fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Romulo Cresconio, passed just outside the right post. Aurelio Ugaitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Romulo Cresconio made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Aurelio Ugaitz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Romulo Cresconio. The goal made the score 2-0. Teodoro Godoy's late challenge caught a F C Kun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Godoy helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of F C Kun booed when GLEN GRANT AThletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Godoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Vicente Librado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Mambru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Benat lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in GLEN GRANT AThletic fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! When Saturnino Raitin fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GLEN GRANT AThletic's protests and gave Saturnino Raitin a yellow card for diving instead. Teofilo Mambru received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vicente Librado came out and tried to block the shot, but Teofilo Mambru slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 63rd minute. If Marcos Niguel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernabe Silbestre hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Aurelio Ugaitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Cresconio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Romulo Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Niguel, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Aurelio Ugaitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F C Kun's Romulo Cresconio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Aurelio Ugaitz sped through F C Kun's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Romulo Cresconio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Niguel in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romulo Cresconio saved F C Kun from getting behind. 88 minutes into the game, Marcos Niguel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Romulo Cresconio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. GLEN GRANT AThletic's Marcos Niguel got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
