C.A las Bolas de Hierro's Flavio Elorri got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hakuna Matata FC's Jonatan Cristofor quite brazenly broke a throw-in by 方烨洲, made in the 11th minute of the game. In the 15th minute, Delmar Cordarrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Joachim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee gave C.A las Bolas de Hierro a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Flavio Elorri, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hakuna Matata FC's Florentino Joachim. 0-3. In the 24th match minute, C.A las Bolas de Hierro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 方烨洲 to maneuver through the defense. Roman Sindo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 30thth minute of the game Delmar Cordarrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hakuna Matata FC's Florentino Joachim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. C.A las Bolas de Hierro's Bernardino Cordairo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save C.A las Bolas de Hierro from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Hakuna Matata FC defense, Flavio Elorri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florentino Joachim. The Hakuna Matata FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florentino Joachim should have stopped the shot. C.A las Bolas de Hierro's Bernardino Cordairo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save C.A las Bolas de Hierro from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute, Flavio Elorri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florentino Joachim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After the first half C.A las Bolas de Hierro were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 51 played minutes C.A las Bolas de Hierro got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Cordarrell. After a rather tough play, Hakuna Matata FC's Simbad Rey got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Sustrai in the 55th minute of play forced Hakuna Matata FC's goalkeeper Florentino Joachim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Simbad Rey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hakuna Matata FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. After having played for 60 minutes, Simbad Rey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hakuna Matata FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simbad Rey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, C.A las Bolas de Hierro's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Erdiano came free, but Bernardino Cordairo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Dalmacio Medero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Florentino Joachim. The goal made the score 1-6. Dalmacio Medero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Florentino Joachim made a huge save. After 70 minutes of play, Hakuna Matata FC's Uriel Enol made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardino Cordairo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ermegildo Atarrabi during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hakuna Matata FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Flavio Elorri scored to the left of an out of position Florentino Joachim, making the score, 2-7. Delmar Cordarrell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florentino Joachim having to make a save. Hakuna Matata FC's Florentino Joachim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Cordarrell in the 85th minute of play. Jonatan Cristofor charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonatan Cristofor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Hakuna Matata FC's Jonatan Cristofor got a free kick in the 88th minute. Hakuna Matata FC's Florentino Joachim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Hakuna Matata FC from getting a goal against them. Florentino Joachim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Sustrai in the 92nd minute of play. C.A las Bolas de Hierro's Saul Serapio was substituted for Dalmacio Medero. When Roman Sindo came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the C.A las Bolas de Hierro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Sindo couldn't finish the play. The Hakuna Matata FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. C.A las Bolas de Hierro were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
