Patagonia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomasino Mario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Zhelyo Angelski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fermin Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 18th match minute, Patagonia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naste Karev to maneuver through the defense. Fermin Vidal came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Patagonia FC's Cristian Ireno. But to his dismay, Cristian Ireno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Fermin Vidal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomasino Mario went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Fermin Vidal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomasino Mario's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Silvio Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Vidal having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Benjamin Matia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Behe in the 45th minute of play forced Patagonia FC's goalkeeper Severino Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Riverzone players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Patagonia FC were winning 0-4.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomasino Mario got free with Fermin Vidal in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 68 minutes, Celso Larpe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riverzone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Larpe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Ireno struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Fermin Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patagonia FC. Cristian Ireno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fermin Vidal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 85thth minute of the game Tomasino Mario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riverzone's Fermin Vidal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Severino Darien showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Larpe in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Mauro Roland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Patagonia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riverzone the free kick. In the 90th minute, Mauro Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomasino Mario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Fermin Vidal made a huge save.
