The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raul Roldan made a kick off. Vicente Tomi might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herminio Gabon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vicente Tomi ran back to his position shaking his head. If Vicente Tomi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Montrelle in the 88th minute of play forced Cacho FC's goalkeeper Herminio Gabon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
