Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benito Vidal took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Filiberto Koldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Horacio Izotz came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Chaco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Izotz couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Filiberto Koldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Asur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Classon's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Koldo came free, but Leonardo Asur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Chaco FC's Ermegildo Foro got control of the ball when Christian Gonzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Astor Laffitte fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chaco FC's protests and gave Astor Laffitte a yellow card for diving instead. Astor Laffitte hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Filiberto Koldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Asur. Classon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filiberto Koldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Filiberto Koldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ermegildo Foro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Cristian Jaume hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chaco FC's Ermegildo Foro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Chaco FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filiberto Koldo in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonardo Asur saved Classon from getting behind. Leonardo Asur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Izotz in the 43rd minute of the match. If Benito Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the game, Benito Vidal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ermegildo Foro. Benito Vidal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horacio Izotz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Classon's Baltasar Salvator got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Jaume during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Horacio Izotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Classon booed when Chaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Louis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fidel Salvino kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match.
