Leonides Eneas's late challenge caught a Lagunita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonides Eneas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, Rapelli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Eneas to maneuver through the defense. Rapelli FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Benito Iruinea scored to the left of an out of position Baldomiro Maria, making the score, 1-0. Baldomiro Maria stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Lander's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Baldomiro Maria came out of the goal and Silvano Lander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomiro Maria was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Benito Iruinea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benito Iruinea really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Ivan Rencio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Aldo Fernandez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Remigio Mede. Lagunita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silvano Lander scored 4-0 in the 49th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomiro Maria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
