Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Omar Fernandez started the match with the kick off. Bernardo Urdin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jose Artaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 6 minutes into the game, Amadeo Erauso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suyuque's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jumial the free kick. The supporters of Jumial booed when Suyuque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Erauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Felipo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgard Lehior in the 14th minute. Bernardo Urdin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Lucio Felipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Lehior in the 19th minute of play. Armando Gorri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Urdin in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Jumial's goalkeeper Lucio Felipo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Romelio. The supporters of Jumial booed when Suyuque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Romelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucio Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th match minute, Suyuque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Sandaili to maneuver through the defense. After 36 minutes of play, Jumial's Bernardo Urdin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Gorri was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute Edgard Lehior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Gaitano to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Silvano Damario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armando Gorri came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Jumial's Anselmo Gaitano. But to his dismay, Anselmo Gaitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jose Artaldo got free with Armando Gorri in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Omar Fernandez scored 3-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucio Felipo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Jumial defense, Edgard Lehior kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Felipo. The Jumial fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Felipo should have stopped the shot.
