Spectators: 7094 (Terracing: 5322, Seating: 1631, VIP seats: 141) Sixto Elija started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Miguel Bladi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Manzanares AFC's zone, Omar Cuarto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Frichoso came out of the goal and Omar Cuarto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Honorio Jerano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manzanares AFC's Domingo Frichoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Barreña FC! In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Manzanares AFC. Guaberto Sancho stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Felipe Reyes. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Edelmiro Cuartio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manzanares AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Cuartio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Reyes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Cuartio in the 20th minute of play forced Barreña FC's goalkeeper Felipe Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Froilan Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Elija in the 24th minute of play forced Barreña FC's goalkeeper Felipe Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Domingo Frichoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Domingo Frichoso managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Barreña FC's Omar Cuarto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Domingo Frichoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Amor's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Manzanares AFC's goalkeeper Domingo Frichoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Hermelando. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Amor in the 38th minute of play forced Manzanares AFC's goalkeeper Domingo Frichoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Estavan kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Domingo Frichoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Amor in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Miguel Bladi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barreña FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonio Amor to make the kick off. When Barreña FC's Antonio Amor in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manzanares AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Omar Cuarto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Frichoso having to interfere. When Froilan Estavan fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manzanares AFC's protests and gave Froilan Estavan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, Manzanares AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froilan Estavan to maneuver through the defense. Domingo Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Amor in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Omar Cuarto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barreña FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Cuarto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Manzanares AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Cristo Belmiro hit a great ball. Barreña FC's Antonio Amor got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domingo Frichoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Amor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omar Cuarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Domingo Frichoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Cuarto in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Frichoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Amor in the 80th minute of play forced Manzanares AFC's goalkeeper Domingo Frichoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Omar Cuarto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isidro Hermelando's late challenge caught a Manzanares AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidro Hermelando helped the player get up and apologised. If Edelmiro Cuartio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Domingo Frichoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Amor in the 90th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Barreña FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Bladi.
