When Jonas Lain came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the ALMAFUERTE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Lain couldn't finish the play. ALMAFUERTE FC's Kevin Saxton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Karmel in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Bernardino Orzaize hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolfo Nahia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Placido Feliz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Elvio Umea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Placido Feliz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonas Lain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Feliz having to interfere. Placido Feliz was a little too slow when Elvio Umea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 4-0. The audience was convinced that Elvio Umea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Feliz was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Adolfo Nahia struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Placido Feliz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ALMAFUERTE FC. Elvio Umea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Placido Feliz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Placido Feliz managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when ALMAFUERTE FC's Elvio Umea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Elvio Umea made the kick off in the second half. Placido Feliz came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by ALMAFUERTE FC's Elvio Umea. But to his dismay, Elvio Umea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Bernardino Orzaize fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Feliz having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Elvio Umea made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Del Prete F.C.'s Placido Feliz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Del Prete F.C.'s Placido Feliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Umea in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Adolfo Nahia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALMAFUERTE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Nahia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Placido Feliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvio Umea in the 74th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Elvio Umea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Feliz was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elvio Umea in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Feliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The ALMAFUERTE FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when ALMAFUERTE FC's Elvio Umea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Emiliano Benvido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Lain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Feliz having to interfere. Placido Feliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elvio Umea's shot from short distance in the 98th minute.
