Jorge Castel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Nofre in the 20th minute of play. Aurelio Gervaso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Castel having to make a save. Cuyoj AFC's Vladimiro Ted proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Cuyoj AFC from getting a goal against them. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zanjón! The referee gave Cuyoj AFC a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. Jorge Castel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Jorge Castel made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Aurelio Gervaso sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Zanjón's goalkeeper Jorge Castel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Gervaso. Enrique Firman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Ted having to interfere. Cuyoj AFC's Vladimiro Ted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Ritchie in the 76th minute of play. Zanjón's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Enrique Firman in the 78th minute. The corner ended in Enrique Firman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cuyoj AFC's Vladimiro Ted did a great save.
