Felix Maurin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Augusto Rencio 24 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Robustiano Bertran kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Augusto Rencio. That made the score 4-0 in the 35 minute of play. In the 38th minute Felix Maurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Rencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arsenio Poz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Andrin Castillo fired a really elegant long shot, but Augusto Rencio threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 46 minutes into the match, Independiente Del Parque's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Maurin came free, but Augusto Rencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsenio Poz to make the kick off. Augusto Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Bertran in the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 54 minutes, Robustiano Bertran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LANUS TEAM 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robustiano Bertran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felix Maurin took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Rencio. Augusto Rencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Ove Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Poz in the 68th minute of play. Augusto Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robustiano Bertran, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Fabian Estebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute of the match Atilano Montrel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Rencio skillfully saved the ball. If Arsenio Poz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, LANUS TEAM 's Rosendo Lano got a free kick in the 95th minute.
